Sorry Apology Letters I'm definitely not shy about speaking my thoughts. In reality, I was the workplace bully in my youthful years. I've realized .. or perhaps I'm studying to take cues from my co-workers and group mates and and notice when I'm being a little aggressive. On the flip facet, I have learned to actively listen. Boundaries work both methods. It's nice to offer individuals the opportunity to feel a way of empowerment and leadership. Great publish, I'm reposting on our Twitter feed @jpatrickjobs Elissa Jane, Your honesty is refreshing. Not many individuals would admit to being a bully, but I admire the way in which you are making an attempt to be taught and grow and turn out to be a better listener. Hopefully, your actions will inspire others who have made some missteps to do the identical. Thanks for the Twitter feed.
